Waiver of Liability

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By purchasing and using products from Reeves Products, LLC, Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Customer understands that the products sold by Reeves Products, LLC are industrial-grade chemicals that can be hazardous if not handled properly. Customer acknowledges the risks associated with the use of these products, including but not limited to personal injury, death, and damage to vehicles or property.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Customer hereby releases and holds harmless Reeves Products, LLC (“Reeves Products”), its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to:

  1. Personal injury or death resulting from the use of Reeves Products's products.
  2. Damage to vehicles, property, or equipment resulting from the use of Reeves Products's products.
  3. Any other damages or losses arising from the use of Reeves Products's products.

PROPER USE AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Customer acknowledges and agrees to:

  1. Use Reeves Products's products only for their intended purpose.
  2. Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when handling and using Reeves Products's products, including:
  • Chemical-proof eye protection (goggles or safety glasses)
  • Chemical-proof skin protection (long sleeves, pants, and chemical-resistant clothing)
  • Chemical-proof gloves
  • Chemical-proof steel-toed boots
  • Chemical-proof protective clothing (coveralls or aprons)
  • Respiratory protection
  1. Ensure all PPE meets or exceeds industry standards for chemical resistance.
  2. Follow all safety instructions, warnings, and precautions provided by Reeves Products and the product's Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
  3. Ensure adequate ventilation and take necessary precautions to prevent inhalation of fumes or exposure to hazardous chemicals.

INDEMNIFICATION

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reeves Products, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Customer's failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma. 

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By checking the box on the cart and placing an order, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions.
